Like the hone i mentioned in an earlier thread, we are looking to bring in some of our outside services. Budget would allow for a used G20P-50NC grinder, not much else in our budget range other than older machines. Limitation is for puraching, machines need to be newer than 10 years old. Job shop low qty work, smaller diameters, mostly OD, occasional ID work for stuff we cant use a hone for. looking and a 2012 and a 2014 model supertec. what would be the Cons to this machine vs others? Other options that would fit our requirments? tols are usually +0/-.0005 nitrided shafts and bushings.
