I mentioned to Dee and Paolo the 1st and 2nd organizers of our scraping seminal at Tuckahoe Machine Museum in Easton Maryland a few weeks ago to display their visit to NIST in Washington DC in this forum and Dee said it was my call. So here it goes. Scroll down to post 42, page 3. Dee has a friend at NIST and he arranged the tour the day after our class finished. I didn't attend as I was burnt out after teaching 2 - 5 day classes in a row and wasn't as interested in going as they were. I suppose I messed up and should have gone. You can see it has some amazing things. We need to congratulate Paolo for taking such great photo's. Also thanks to Dee for arranging the special tour and all the volunteers at Tuckahoe for preserving machine tool history. Everyone should have these places on their bucket list. Rich
