I you look at this sale, there are several lathes, Monarch 10EE, CK... If you are near NE PA, could be a deal?

I use to work at Sylvania/Ledvance Versailles plant for 4 years. I also was looking at the mill's and mainly supplies. Unfortunately, I was a day late in checking when the sale was happening. Interesting that is was such a short time for the online auction.

I had the same issue with DANA Corp when I bought a lathe. Had to go through training, sign wavers and in the end, they put on my trailer for me. I got lucky. I came with pallet jack and hoist that would barely lift the lathe, but that was the easiest way of bypassing all the logistic issues.

Every auction is different and chasing down the best option is not always easy.

    Wm
