This may be a rhetorical question, but does HGR ever have a useable machine? Everything I have looked at of theirs has been missing necessary stuff to actually use.

People that have bought from them should chime in, but as I understand them, they purchase stuff, price it and put on the floor. They do no more than take photos and gather nameplate data. They do no testing.

The skid it's on looks pretty nice.
Maybe they could actually load it onto a truck without breaking off all the handles.
