Source for 10EE oilers

Does anyone have a source for the original type oilers? I checked with Monarch and they sell an updated version, but they don’t have the same look.

If I attached it correctly, here's a picture of the oilers I'm looking for...

Based on the discussion with Monarch, the new ones are right angle with the spring flap door. I'm not sure how those will work on certain locations.

the correct term is oil cup or oil cover

Most of what I see nowadays is the spring flip cover. I've seen and have both the spring flip cover and the threaded cover.

I've not seen any replacements with the threaded cover, but who knows they may be out there. I've sure you can easily find an equivalent with a flip cover.
