Hi guys,
Here's the problem. We're currently running programs on a brand new M560V Genos, and everything was going fine. Except that this morning, when the operator tried measuring his tools, he got a "2231 Alarm-B Direct of subscript".
I couldn't find why the machine gives me this alarm, I tried recalibrating the tool setter, but I still get the same alarm.
Any of you guys had this problem before?

EDIT: I was able to get in contact with support and I found my problem. The operator did not activate any coordinate system, and the tool setter and probing need to have a coordiate system called.
