ATC pot stuck

Hello,

On a MX-40HA, I did a tool change and the pot is stuck in the out position. I went through the ATC restore instructions and the pot is still stuck out. Does anyone know how to move the pot back to its retracted position?

Does the 1 step advance button fix it? Might have to hit it a few times depending on what step it's at in the tool change. Also you have have to hold the interlock button at the same time.
