Ebay is your friend, there's a couple of dealers in LA, ARPI and leapord come to mind who part out machines. I would think getting parts wouldn't be much of a problem, I'd scan ebay 1st. I was looking at a Mori SL3 with a 6T controller recently, the Fanuc guy I use said it wouldn't be a problem keeping it running.

My Fanuc Tapecut Model M Wire EDM is controlled by a Fanuc 6M, and I have relatively easily managed to pick up a full set of every board, and even managed to increase the bubble memory size to maximum thanks to good old eBay
