Default Fanuc 6M still parts floating around?

I was looking at a horizontal that had a 6M controller. Parts, or repair services still exist for these? It's on a kitamura. Thanks.

Ebay is your friend, there's a couple of dealers in LA, ARPI and leapord come to mind who part out machines. I would think getting parts wouldn't be much of a problem, I'd scan ebay 1st. I was looking at a Mori SL3 with a 6T controller recently, the Fanuc guy I use said it wouldn't be a problem keeping it running.

The only thing that might get you in a bind is the parameter list if you don't have it. You can copy it from the machine if the control is working via rs232.

My Fanuc Tapecut Model M Wire EDM is controlled by a Fanuc 6M, and I have relatively easily managed to pick up a full set of every board, and even managed to increase the bubble memory size to maximum thanks to good old eBay
