    Default LC 40 turret coolant

We have 2 Okuma LC 40's in our shop and one of them will not direct the coolant to the tool in cutting position, coolant comes out all nozzles regardless of turret position.

I'm guessing a bad seal or O-ring on the center flange but can't get the stupid thing apart.
    Any ideas?

OK, got it. FYI the problem is in the coolant tube that runs through the turret. At the end where the coolant hose attaches, the tube is keyed into the rear cap. The key way in the tube is wollered out causing the holes in the tube flange to not line up with the turret distributor. Old machine new problem. Fabricating a new tube now.
