MULTUS G174 home shift milling mode/ turning mode

Hello guys.

I have a little problem I would like to take care of;
I have sent a test program of a profile milling / drilling / tapping on 4 sides of a cube on the YZ plane on a Multus mill turn machine.
All 4 operations are identical but call a different home number in a g174 home shift callout.
I have called a 0.1 movement in the X axis . SX=0.1 (MM)

The problem is : on the first home shift the value is actually moved just as much as I wanted x=0.1
on all subsequent 3 homes the value doubled and amounted to x=0.2.
(the end of every call out subroutine does have a g175 to delete current value of shift before proceeding)

I have checked if the machine actually moves diffrently and seen the difference with a dial gauge,
also - replacing the order of homes will not affect that the first home called will be moved as requested but subsequent homes will be doubled.
This of course is relevant only with shifting the x axis. (the machine is a lathe)

I havn't a piece of code to attach right now but will do so when I get back to work.

have you any idea what can cause this?
Thank you!

problem solved,
I phoned our okuma support guy and he immediately found the problem,
first home shift was before a 'Y on' g138 issued,
all subsequent homes were after the g138.
prior to g138 Y axis milling the machine counts X axis as diameter, and after G138 it turns to radius
hence the doubling of the shift value.

hope this helps someone in the future.

Okumas are very picky about G138.
give time you'll grow to hate it. hahahahaha
