Need some help locating a spindle motor fan

Hi Guys, I need help finding a spindle motor fan for a 1989 LB 15 ,( or a replacement) the fan is a Ikura model 1506-103. It is 200 v ac, 180/150 W. I got 1 quote at 1261.00 but it's in Japan.

What brand is the spindle motor? Any chance of adapting another fan of equal CFM?

Haven't pulled the spindle motor out yet. Wiring cover plate says fanuc. I'd be happy with an adapted fan

Pull the old one out, measure the bolt pattern. 200 v ac, 180/150 W is the rated power, a an similar one should have near the same CFM. Your 200 VAC is likely two phases of the machine power, find an match on the web, and fit it in, you may have to make an adapter plate.

Hi Guys, here is where I'm at at present. I pulled the fan, and took it to a motor shop to be rewinded. I'll know in a couple weeks if that worked. in the mean time I'll be looking for fans with a comparable CFM and trying to adapt one.
