Default Okuma Genos lathe chuck clamp issues

Anybody have any issues with their proximity switches on their lathe draw tube? I've been running some parts with my lathe with a 5c and after around ten cycles I get the chuck clamp error. So I check the switches both will be on while the chuck is clamped. After a few minutes of piddling with them I can get them to work again. Once I actually took the clamped prox off just to clean it and stayed on like it was stuck but eventually went off. I'm thinking they may be faulty but would like to get some opinions before I call service tech and it be something simple.

How low is your pressure set?

Under the sheetmetal in front by the spindle there is an adjuster for the low pressure alarm. Ours was giving me trouble and I had to mess around with it.

Not what type switch it is I'll check tomorrow. Pressure is around is set 250 PSI. I have got the low pressure alarm when I take it down to around 180 PSI.
