can anyone help walk me through creating a new tool on my mill we are trying to create a corner rad. that does not show up on the preset tools, so if anyone can show me maybe step by step , if possible or anything to get us going on it would be appreciated. thanks

I am assuming this is on a P300M control? If you go under the "OSP" vertical key, select "EASY MODELING", then select [F1] "Create New". This will give you a tool type list. #10 is a radius endmill. [F7] "OK" will get you into the tool parameters setup where you can enter the geometry data. Once you save it then you can use that model for your tool like the previously created ones.

yes it is a p300m control, thank you very much that was perfect since we are only 3 weeks into running this machine that was something we had not thought about. thank you again.
