Unhappy Okuma LNC-8 Control With OSP5020L "Axis not moving & spindle not ready indication"

Can anyone help please! I have an Okuma thatI have been having trouble with. When I power on, the screen shows that the X-Axis and Z-Axis are both moving (according to the numbers changing); however, the actual machine itself is not moving at all along with what the screen is telling us. Does anyone happen to know what I can do to fix this?

Also when I try to start the spindle, it says "Spindle motor not ready" ?

    Model: LNC-8
    Control: OSP5020L

The axis not moving could be as simple as the machine lock button being accidentally pushed on.

How would I unlock it? Just pressing it again?

Hold down "Interlock" key and press "Machine Lock" key.
