    Default Okuma osp5020 spindle not orientation

    spindle missed the orientation, I need help, I put m19 and not work, it is not in line with the tool changer.

    is it the first time you encounter that situation, losing correct spindle orientation or always?
    to orient the spindle, there is a button on the panel. press manual mode and press the orientataion button.

    Either your spindle encoder is bad, the cable is bad, or the orientation card in the spindle drive is bad. It should never miss.

    If the encoder is belt drive, it's possible the belt broke or slipped.
