I have a Okuma LB10 that has a OSP5000L-G Control. The previous owner put a write protect on a program that the machine run constant. How would I go about removing the write protect to delete the program?

On newer controls there are protect/unprotect buttons on the memory screen.

I have a LB10(1987) , has some elec. issues , has been down for months, I had a guy to rebuild the Drive a few yrs ago, the machine is in great shape mechanically. Skinnykid I am wondering ? Does your machine have a Fanuc Drive ? Mine does, and I've been told this is unusual for OKUMA . Just wondering?

Ours is also a 1987, it too has the fanuc drive. We had it repair about 3 years ago.
