Which type of pump would be suitable for such an application?

    2. After measuring the concentration, I have to feed coolant at appropriate concentrations back to the Coolant tank. I guess delivering pre-mixed coolant (coolant mixed with water at required concentration) would be better than delivering coolant concentrate & water separately into the coolant tank right?

    3. How do I measure & control the flow rate of liquid? Flow-meters are expensive.

    Take care as to how you introduce your coolant concentrate. Some coolants are picky as to how they need to be mixed.

    Apologies for the long hiatus.

    We're still working on the project and have now encountered a new problem. So, the coolant concentrate & water mixture has to be fed to the machine tank in a mixed, emulsion form at a particular concentration as per the requirement of the process.

    Now I have been trying to find out ways to do this, and all I could find so far are these Venturi Proportioners / Mixers that work purely on Venturi principle. But for this to work, you have to manually turn the knob to set the desired concentration.

    I was wondering if there is a way to automatically set the required concentration by a PLC on a valve/pump that meters the desired concentrate as per the set concentration.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
