    Yeah, well I had a '64 Impala SS 409 convertible.......Got 900.00 for it when I sold it in '78 I got top dollar for it as it was rust free and in great condition.

    That is depressing. In 1972 I could have bought a new Plymouth Superbird for about $3000. I tell my wife I could have constructed a heated and air conditioned storage building, kept it for 45 years while goofing off not worrying about retirement, and sold it today for 1 million +.

    Yeah, they couldn't give those things away in '72 now the price is insane.
