We are having problems with our Lincoln PowerWave 455M. We are using them with a Fanuc Arcmate 100i robot and R-J2 Controller and using an analog interface.
About a month ago we had a Powerwave 455m welder and what happened was we got an error I believe it was error 83. So we shut the system off and turned it on and the error went away. After just a few welds we got error code 7125. Turning it off and on again produced an error code 7111 and I cannot weld now.
So in order to continue production at our shop, we quickly bought a different 455m to get the cell working again. So after about a day welding, today this new welder (exact same 455m) is giving the same errors. First error 83, after a few welds gives error 7125 and then after powering off and on it gives 7111. And nothing can be done now. I've attached a snapshot of the Power Wave manager maybe someone can help.
