For those who wish to make one, here are some photos and sketches showing the threading dial for a Sag 12 and I think a Sag 12S.
Note how there are 2 x grooves in the body, it seems one groove is used for a Sag 12 without the feed stops, and the other groove is for when the feed stops are fitted.
Likewise the Sag 12S lathes came with and without the feed stops.
All these options are shown in the photos.
