    Default Making a face plate for a Boley 4LV lathe

    I have never seen a face plate for the Boley 4LV come up for sale, so decided to make one.

    I didn't take any photos of the back yard casting, but here is the result and a video of the machining.

    Well I think your end product looks just lovely! Casting turned out well too. Not many take this task on these days.

    Very nice and just the right amount of talking in the video!

    None of that jabbering away, repeating yourself for 20 minutes before doing anything.
