Mikronel 220L dro missing x axis

Is there some way to test the x axis to find out why it's not working. Bought It like that. The z axis work fine any suggestion. I know the x is working on the screen so it's the x linear scala that doesn't work.

If you have swapped the axis scales around and the fault follows the scale, then you have pretty much two choices. You can tear the scale apart and look for broken wires or solder joints, and fix those, or just order a replacement scale.
