I'm sorry, as soon as I disassemble the parts, until now I have not disassembled because they are delicate and require time and correct operations to be disassembled.
Anyway I think I'll start in the next few days (this week).

I just read through this whole thread and am glad to see that you have had good luck selling the parts off which keeps lots of other Schaublins up and running.
Had you not bought this lathe it probably would have been dumped, cut up and melted.

Parts of this lathe have been sold in: USA, Austria, France, Netherlands, Australia and Norway.
all the buyers were very friendly. It's always a pleasure to deal with people all over the planet.
Now All I have to do is sell the apron, and make the cnc conversion.
I've been projecting for a long time but I don't have the money to do it

Hi this looks like a big rebuild. My brother owns a Schuablin 150 . He uses it almost on daily basis for many years already. I am helping him to search for a maintenance manual. He needs to replace variator belts and also spindle bearings. Quit a big job. If you can help with an electronic copy of such a manual it will be highly appreciated. Or else if you know of an internet site where it can be downloaded.
🤔best regards
