The hard to find and expensive to ship from Switzerland Abnox hand push pump oilers for lubricating Schaublin lathes are now on ebay:

The Seller is an Abnox dealer in the US. These Swiss made oilers don't leak. Finally a US seller for these with reasonable shipping! Not my ebay listing but hooray!

I haven't used the push pump oilers, but I've got a couple of Abnox lever pump oilers and they are really well made. Even those were hard to find in the US, but I did manage to buy from a distributor in California iirc.

This is a potential dumb question, but what oil do I need for my 102? I have not used it much, but have a job coming up where it will get used alot and need to oil it.
