    In the one case the stabilizer got into that coffin corner because the crew left the power at full thrust and allowed the MCAS to active twenty times.

    The airplane just didn't do it by itself.

    Thanks guys. I do a lot of 17-4 stainless, stellite etc and diamond definitely cuts better and lasts longer.

    I went with that Grobet set, street price is around $125.

    Ya, but when you let the MCAS activate for twenty 10 seconds bursts, or allow the speed to increase 50K above a flap limit speed or 25K above max design speed while leaving the power at full thrust....
