i get this alarm when G70 starts after the G71 cycle is done. i can run the program from the G70 line and it will work fine.. The work piece is a tapered plug with a radiused end.

my machine only allows "0-1" for parameter 0020, does this mean i cannot use an SRAM card ? when i input "4" into parameter 0020 it gives me "data out of range" or something like that.

i measured the piece after the G71 and its 19mm....
i measured the piece after the G71 and its 19mm. i ran the G71 alone with U0 and W0 and it gave me 18mm. i ran another cycle with G71 U0 W0 and the g70 cycle still removed 1.8mm material. :crazy:
