New machine has a CA post and I need some holders. Basic turning, 1" boring and maybe an MT3.

Also need an MT5 live center and drill chuck.

It's a good thing I bought the manual, there's a feed/speed chart in there but it doesn't have a chart on the machine itself. Never seen a lathe like that before.

Really? The SW Macropoxy I used to repaint my saw has held up really well, including the areas where I scrape off rusted together chips with a file.

That was my first thought but they needed 2mil in liability insurance and I don't have that much.

Question- it came with an Aloris CA, but my other lathe has a CXA. Would I be sorry if I moved to...

There's only 2 motors, 1 being the coolant pump that doesn't work, so all Im concerned with is the spindle motor.

Think I'll just reconnect the spindle motor and transformer to 240v and see what...
