I didn't see it mentioned but a miter saw is really not the best choice here. I'd reach for a handsaw and miter box or go to my tablesaw with a miter gauge +wood fence/Jig or a sled.

Jake I have one listed that's for a bigger (14-16") leblond, it measures 7-5/8" from the flat (on the ways) to the centerline.

D1-5 faceplate is sold, I also have one more D1-6 @14”

I haven't come across anything else. I've got a nice buck chuck with an L1 back but nothing else with that type of Mount
