The ring fits perfect on 37 and 39 Thats my problem, works both ways.
And yes the belt rings has to be thin and the screws have to be flush.

Yes I have the same paper work, but it doesnt show the thin sheet metal cover, part 38 is the one Im not sure if it goes under or above the cover.

Not on mine , splined pulley has just 2 tapped holes for pulling it off.
Might have to make it as such.

I know alot of material moves whilst machining , I have sent 2 woodworking machines back because of warped castings.
Now is it from green castings, poor fixturing ? Maybe both.

Went to my local NAPA , $9.90 and its the same size with bleed valve.
Installed and working fine so far.

Yes it has the small vent for air bleed, Ill see if I can match it up with an aftermarket one and see thanks.

Ok so Cummins want $110 for a Thermostat for my Mustang Skidsteer , can one not just match the dia. and temp and use any Thermostat ? I dont see why not !
