I am just trying to pigture the telescoping element, as I am sure that you don't dare have any lash in it - and a detent "ball" is likely not a good plan as it could pop loose in a front tire hit. So...

OK, I re-read, and he does NOT say how far out the stick pockets are, but the drill pockets are .120 "out", and I guess that we need to ass_u_me that he means that it is "out" in the "low" direction?...

No - I haven't, but then I only have worked on the few machines that I own, so ....

The crash didn't move 1/2 the pockets in the turret, and if you shim the turret up .120 to git the stick pockets...

Other than rigid tapping on the 18i, I don't think that I have ever tried to feed in IPR on the live toys, but I am pretty sure that even on the 18 and 18i copntrols - that the live toy RPM does not...
