  1. Thoughts on putting "Tractor Fluid" in the hydraulic fluid tank.

    Rural King , Tractor Supply , Farm and Home stores all sell 5 gallon cans of what the call "Tractor Fluid " for something like $22 a can.

    I am seriously entertaining the idea of trying this stuff...

    Hydraulic pump is really really loud on my #3 square head M2200. We took it all apart and everything looked OK inside.....

    put back together sounds as bad as ever

    Well I did use the cutting torch and in retrospect I think its the way to go. By torching off the rollers it allows proper support tor the pressing opreration...and they were tight. As i see it now...
