I think I'll order a couple volt meters(maybe analog eh?) of some sort to hard wire in my PP's 1ph side so I can take a look at the reading every day when turning on/off just as extra precaution....

I saw on the American rotary website they got options now for joining a few RPC's together, its interesting.
Their outdoor unit looks decent too, keep the heat and noise out.

I finally found a couple videos of the AR ADX models running, the rpc I had definitely didn't sounds like that.
I guess I'll have to keep that option in mind.

It could be worth checking with MTE or some other builder of transformer and harmonic filter equipment. I think more details from PP, proper scoping of the actual harmonics range happening and force...

I'd pay $50k right now if I could get real 3ph from the pole, plain fact is they won't, so I can't.

I'm not sure about the yellow one, but the other 2 are probably the BR-2/3AGCT4A batteries. Other could be too, but there's a few types anyway. If you lift the little holder/cover a bit it'll lift...

My 10hp blue unit is well over 30,000hrs of daily use by now, if not 40,000, never 1 problem, and way, way, way better than the RPC it replaced. I changed the filter caps in it last year, which was a...

Phase Perfect recently came out with a new 3rd generation, supposed to be IEEE 519 compliant, 480V architecture, easier to replace filter capacitor so I was told on the phone a few months ago(they...

My new lathe has one of those 4D cell thing, although nice vs the br-ccf2th and such. I find it so stupid they put the D cells on their side facing the front cover so they lose contact when you open...

Well, after 3-4 slower than usual months things have picked up a bit, not gonna break any records but eh, luckier than most these days. Spending a bit of the slow time outside hunting was nice.

Does sounds like a possible gripping and process problem. Could probably use better tooling that lasts longer too, maybe some sort of ceramics.
And this probably ain't the kind of thing you can just...

I thought with all the members here who have these doosan machines a few of us would be changing that vision servo battery once in a while or know the scoop on intervals.

Another member here had problems holding size a while back and if I remember right it was X trust bearings that were the problem.

Anytime a machine isn't holding that sort of tolerance, mostly .001" if its basic 2 axis turning, it should be properly looked over as there's probably somewhere wrong somewhere that needs attention.
