    ok...so i cobble up a hand drill on an rotary...

    Think I might "test" it on scrap rod before hitting the roller :crazy:

    Spray welding shaft

    The attached picture shows the damage to shaft, dia. is 1.125

    Before I go ahead with some type of "mechanical" repair I thought I would try spray first.

    Affected area is about 3.5 long

    Laser or Jet is fine, I have never seen a shear cut off a strip without curling.

    As long as they flat on a surface and don't rock is fine with me....

    RFQ Small 304 Plates

    Guys...

    Need 30 "plates" .750 x 6.0" from 12 ga 304 SS, 2b one shot job.

    Plates need to be flat, I have shears in house but the curl is too much.

    width +/- .010 length ...

    I found out about them right after they closed, all the stock was sold or scrapped.

    Ok, the teeth for my Case Baler are long gone....., broken off, missing, and no longer available anywhere new or used.....baler was only made from 58 thru 60.
