    2 pieces and a cnc, yes I'd just put in a 1/8...

    2 pieces and a cnc, yes I'd just put in a 1/8 wide full nose vee-bottom or topnotch, post it in the CAM and go walk away doing other work while it does it's thing.
    You could code this by hand but...

    Perhaps you math is off and/or you need a better tooling supplier who can handle such with the needed low cutting force and no chatter.

    A 1/8, 3/16, or 1/4 inch full nose tool works.
    You do not show the rad inside dia. but it looks awful close to what a "V" insert can cut in a flat axial...
