Database Class Report- What systems Are you Using?

Hello- I have a Database class.
I want to expand my shop, I'll do a report on that very thing-
And here I'll ask the experts on PM.

They push 'X' As A Service, IOW, a subscription to storage, software, etc.
versus buying your own server, software that goes on your own computer like in the good ol days.
Everything is on some servers in some other state.

They push CRM heavily- analytics to target the type of customer you want. Google knows everything about you and your business.

I planned to talk about:
Online Payment system (Credit card and ACH)
Accounting system (Inc'l Tax)
Webpage (Shipping, too)
Inventory system

NO city desk; no POS equipment. I only use eBay; markets, intermediates (PayPal), shipping and crude accounting.

What you are doing right now with various databases?
What am I missing?

Read your post several times. I don't understand exactly what you are asking. Are you taking a class? Are you doing a report for that class? Or is this about your business software needs?

And who are they?
