We use Realtrac and it has been a great fit for us that includes specifically work orders time and materials.

Can you explain a bit more of what you mean by "service"? Are you talking a company that loads up a truck with parts and tools and goes to a job site? Is it customers who bring parts and you process them (e.g. heat treating, powder coating). Is it quoted as fixed price or time & materials? Is there any manufacturing involved or pre-ops that are done in the shop? Is there dispatching/scheduling (can't put the same guy & truck on two jobs at the same time)?
Might be able to help but need some more info.
