The guy that hauls my aluminum scrap tells me if I briquette it he won't even haul it as it has to be ground back into chips so they can make sure it is not full of stuff other than aluminum. We make around 1000# - 2000# of chips a month and .10 to .12 is about all their worth, he charges me $500. to haul them about every 6 months.
