It's good to be able to compliment rather than complain about an insurance company.
This is a thanks to Sentry Insurance. I just talked to my partner at the shop in Santa Rosa, California right in the fire zone. The shop was fortunate that it did not burn or have fire damage but did have over a week of downtime. Sentry called right away. My partner didn’t even have to call them! After a discussion of downtime issued a check to cover the lost time. It was based on their annual audit of the businesses revenue.
That is how insurance should work!
