    That's kind of what I have been looking for and I seem to get, just some of the younger guys bail as soon as the work gets too "hard".

    I realize that you're likely saying that in a joking manner. Here's the thing, though. There are many Americans who just don't understand and in some cases just don't seem to care how low the U.S. falls on education rankings.
