I'd like to sleeve my Belgium double 12 gage to .410, so I can use it. It is an express model with 18" barrels. Anyone know of a place for sleeves? I'm thinking about making a set out of 4130, any thoughts? Thanks, Smitty

Briley is the way to go for tubes.

You can have the gun fitted and then buy tubes for 20, 28 and .410.

If this is the same Belgium 12 ga from your other post, you should still have the gun looked over to see if it's safe to shoot (Damascus barrels, broken internal parts and such). A knowledgeable gunsmith can look it over and tell you if you can safely shoot it, if it needs to be fixed or if it's worth spending the money to get it tubed.
