Hex head grade 8 is the bolt.... as the title says...

I am willing to talk about jobbing it out for the holes to be drilled... Prefer someone in OH...

I know I'm not in ohio, but I'd be glad to do it. Let me know what size hole and hole orientation and I'll ship em out in a cpl of days... Also give me tolerences or some sort of quality guidelines...

DP, your more than welcome to pm me a quote....

The hole is a single hole through the flat of the head. Purpose of the hole is only for inspection reasons..

If you want to quote just the drilling, i can provide the bolts no problem...

Hi, so about how long of a drilled hole are we looking at? 1 3/4 1/2 or about 15/16 ?Does inspection mean for wire ties or ?

Better late than never.Check with McMaster/Carr. I'm almost sure they have mil. spec. grade 8 with a wire safety hole across the flats.
