Yeah I did a google for "precision lapping service" (or some such) and got a bunch of hits for likely candidates. I guess I should have asked if there was any place that people would recommend... that had excellent service, reasonable price, whatever. For instance many people recommend Long Island Indicator for most any gage indicator repairs. From that recommendation I have used thier services several times and been quite happy with it.

Thanks. I will submit an RFQ to each of those places.
I just sent one to Van Keuren. They don't seem to offer toolmakers flats any more but perhaps they still service them.
