Diameter, angle, or both?
Those look to be nicely made, although I have never seen them in industry.
These are very commonly used in aerospace applications for checking diameters (direct reading):
057 : Barcor Chamfer Gage
For angle measurement try this:

I use the Barcor gages. I've adapted some of my own gage ends to them. Even if it's not calibrated to the correct angle, you can still compare with a bored out guage plate.

In the latest Home Shop Machinist magazine there is an article about a home brew countersink gage.
