9" Cat# 344 Steady

I have a bud that has a super clean 9" cat # 344 lathe & the steady he has seems to bet a bit off for his lathe . I'll try to attach some pics & see what you folks think .

The 9, 10k and 10L all used the same upper casting, PT116NR1 in this case. I could not read the base casting number which will ID which of the three it fits. There should be a unit code stamped on the bottom surface next to the V groove that will ID the model of lathe it fits as well, I am guessing SR-101*. The * will give you the model, N for 9”, K for 10k and R for 10L if I remember correctly.

Ok thanks . I'll try to get over there tomorrow & get that # , & just for kicks I'll take mine over ( I have a 9A )& see it it fits .
