I could use some change gears for my 9c if the OP does not need them. Let me know. I am missing about all of then but what is on the lathe.

I have an extra tailstock. I believe it is in functional condition. I have not looked at it for a couple years.

Based on economics and function, i fail to see how a 9C is ever "worth saving" once worn out.
No cross feed (facing) No gear drive on longitudinal, so screw wears out rapidly and becomes inaccurate for threading.
Many more issues, often described. Once it's built, it is only saleable to a neophyte who does not fully comprehend the issues of the C model designation.
A B model is so much better and won't be any more cost or trouble.
An A model is so much more convenient, if you need to make that much effort.
