Cushman 5" chuck 3-jaw jaws with broken teeth. Options to replace?

I have a 10K with a Cushman 5" 3-jaw chuck.
TWO of the teeth on two different jaws have broken teeth.
They were broke when I got it and "I" broke another off holding a little to large of stock!
Any ideas if new jaws or just used good jaws can be found?

NOTE: The chuck can still hold stock up to 1 1/2 inches (at least 3 teeth grab) but not sure how long this will last!
Unfortunately now cannot hold 2" which is a common stock size turned for various reasons in my case.

Jaw dimensions:
Width: 0.54"
Overall length: 1.62"
Overall height: 1.24"
Slot height: 0.22
Slot depth each side: 0.135
Slot minimum width: 0.27

Any help/guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks!!!

+1 for new chuck. You really don't want to fail another tooth and have one of the jaws plus the workpiece come out at speed. It might leave a dent in your forehead.
