FS - 9/10k Milling Attachment (Needs Work)

Picked this up in a box lot. I believe the original mount must have been damaged, or else someone thought they'd adapt it to another lathe. Either way the spud on the bottom has been machined off. Someone made a replacement, not sure if it's the right size for a SB or not. The rest of the piece is undamaged, even includes the handle. Needs cleaning up and the mount remade/attached. Price reflects the condition at $150 plus shipping (should fit in a flat rate box).

The two holes on the radius of the flange would indicate that it was used on some other machine. Maybe an earlier south bend. That piece is ready for it to go back on a later SBL by the look of it.
I made one of those things for my 13”machine but haven’t had a use for it yet. Was thinking angle plate. Might use it to anchor the Palmgren milling vise. Milling on a lathe is not as easy as it looks but can be done. The secret is holding the cutter in a setscrew type holder not a chuck or even a collet.
