FS: Bison 6" 6 Jaw Set-tru Chuck

I have for sale a Bison 6" Set-tru 6 jaw chuck model number 3865 with backplate. D1-4 mount. It was sold with the lathe, and I will not be needing it. It was bought and only used a few of times by the previous owner and is in like new condition. Also selling the backplate with it. These both are selling for $1500 new, asking $1000.

For real?

I mean, I know these are decent chucks, but used chucks are typically not hot sellers at what your asking.

Personally speaking I think you'd be good to get half of what you were originally asking on the used market. Not trying to bust your chops. I'm not interested in it, just don't see the high demand for them. 6-jaw has a specific need, maybe you'll find that person looking for one...good luck!
