Gravity feed drip oilers for my 9" jr

My 9" junior is drinking a lot of oil at the headstock bearing closest to the chuck - I would like to add the clear gravity feed drip oilers so I can adjust the rate it is feeding oil into the bearing... but I'm having trouble figuring out exactly what thread is currently in the bearing cap.

Anyone have the spec on which size/thread I should buy? I've seen a few while searching here with no clear conclusion...

drip oilers usually have a pipe thread 1/8 inch pipe thread to 1/2 inch pipe thread for a real big one, older lathes should be a 1/8" or 1/4" inch pipe thread..

I think I need an adapter / reducer to go from 5/16"-32 UNEF (lathe side) to whatever the oiler size is... I finally found the thread size after searching for an hour...

First, check your bearing clearances. Second, add a bit of felt to the bottom of the existing oiler.
